/ SHIPPING POLICY

Currently Sweet'RN Honey Bakery is shipping locally using USPS Priority Mail services to maintain the freshness and integrity of our baked goods.

Shipping Fees will be added to the order with the options associated with the size of your package, small (ie single dozen of cookies), medium (2 dozen of cookies or cookies & mason jar cakes) and large (large 6 ct order of mason jar cakes). Prices are based on USPS flat rate cost and handling/packaging fees. 

Sweet'RN Honey Bakery is not responsible for shipments impacted by weather or any other unforeseen delays associated with our partnership with the USPS. A claimed can be filed for lost packages after the USPS guidelines for priority shipping have been met on your behalf.

The customer should be available during time of delivery for receiving product, as The Bakery is not responsible for damages to goods not collected at time of delivery. Signature delivery is available at an additional cost.

Specialty Cakes and temperature regulated perishables are currently not available for shipment, i.e. cheesecakes., cakes with whipped cream or cream cheese buttercream, etc.

/ DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery available for all specialty cakes and desserts by timed appointments only. 

After order has been placed and received, someone will contact your regarding setting up delivery time. Delivery times may vary based on other deliveries that day.

.Please contact us if you believe you will not be available for delivery of baked good in time so that we can help to coordinate with next best delivery time. *Additional charges applied for missed delivery if no drop off place availible. 

/ GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

Gift wrapping availible for all cake, cookie cake and specialty  orders. Select gift wrapping option on order form . Starts at $5.00 and up depending on order size.

/ COVID-19 & REFUNDS

Sweet'RN Honey Bakery does not accept returns, offer exchanges and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, or exchange and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.

We are not responsible for the current delays related to COVID-19 and our partnership with USPS. These delays make take the shipment of your priority package outside of the 1-2 day window. After the lost package guidelines have been met, we can file a claim on your behalf for the refund of the product shipped. This does not include shipping and handling cost.
